Agriculture Ministry To Participate West Africa Agri Show
The Ministry of Food and Agriculture has confirmed its participation in the West Africa Agri Show, billed as the sub-region's only truly global agricultural event, scheduled for 24th and 25th September 2025 at the Grand Arena in Accra.
According to the organisers, the Ministry's involvement will add significant weight to the exhibition, which is expected to bring together stakeholders from across the agricultural value chain, including farmers, agribusinesses, researchers, technology providers, and policy makers.
In a statement released earlier today, the organisers said they believe the platform will be instrumental in fostering collaborations, strengthening partnerships, and accelerating agricultural transformation in West Africa.
"The West Africa Agri Show will showcase innovative farming technologies, sustainable practices, and market opportunities aimed at enhancing food security and improving livelihoods across the subregion. Participants will also engage in knowledge-sharing sessions, exhibitions, and networking activities," the statement indicated.
The two-day event is expected to attract local and international exhibitors, and it will create a hub for trade, investment, and innovation in the agricultural sector.
